As we discussed, we will next study the state action doctrine, the doctrine that the Constitution is "a restraint only on governmental action and does not provide one private citizen with rights against another." 

For Monday November 7 we will discuss casebook p. 1133-1146.

I will post assignments for Tuesday and Wednesday by the end of this week. Basically, we will be covering pages 1133-1177 over the next 3 or 4 classes.
