The Three Most Important Cases We Read This Semester

 With our discussion of 303 Creative, we now have finished discussing the big three cases for the course:

2. Mahmoud

3. 303 Creative 

 

The Thomas-Alito-Gorsuch Court has been very busy the past few years. Its jurisprudence will have a far-reaching impact on law and liberty. And, of course, on protecting "our Democracy" and the rule of law. The present Court is, by far, the best Court of my life in the law.
