3. Allegheny County case (link);Our class discussion will focus primarily on: American Legion v. American Humanist Association, (US Sup. Ct., June 20, 2019). I am also assigning the oral argument in the American Legion monument case (link).

Finally, we will meet on Zoom (join from Canvas recurring zoom page for this course) on Wednesday (assignment 2; video 3) and Thursday (assignment 3; video 4) from 1:15 to 2:15 PM to discuss the issues raised in our materials.
On Friday at 1:15 we will have an optional Zoom Q & A/chat session. No one is required to attend. I will just show up to chat with anyone who has a question or wishes to chat. --RFD
