Warth and Arlington Heights: No and Yes

 Let's just look at the individual plaintiffs in these two exclusionary zoning cases. They wish to challenge the zoning ordinances under the Equal Protection Clause.

The Court holds that the Plaintiffs in Warth lacked standing, but that Plaintiff, Mr. Ransom, in Arlington Heights had indeed established the requisite concrete injury. What is the relevant difference between these two cases? See casebook p. 74.
