Just a brief note about the Paulsen book. It is a required text and fair game for the exam. I have assigned chapters 1 to 7 for you to read. I think you will find it a very helpful introduction to the original Constitution which is the primary focus on Con Law I.
I checked on Amazon and you can buy the paperback for $14.98. Used copies are available on ebay for under $5. Copies are probably still available in the bookstore. Please pick one up. We will be discussing an excerpt from Paulsen next week in class.
