As I said in class yesterday, today (Tuesday) we will cover the material I accidentally skipped over last week ( Casebook p. 1412-1427). We will start class by finishing our discussion of student speech cases (especially Mahanoy).
We will get to assignment 4 (Rust and Rosenberger) next Monday.
