Join us for a conversation with Ilan Wurman, fellow and lecturer-in-law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and author of A Debt Against the Living: An Introduction to Originalism, on whether the Constitution should be Interpreted as a living breathing document or as a debt against the living that cannot be easily discharged.
